AgoRapide uses non-nullable reference types as default throughout the system

(through the setting <PropertyGroup><Nullable>enable</Nullable></PropertyGroup> in the .csproj-files).

However, the TryGet- / TryParse-pattern does not work well with non-nullable reference types. A compromise is being used in AgoRapide where actually null! is set for the out 'retval'-value when method return value is FALSE. Assuming correct client-usage, this use of null! is considered to be an acceptable compromise.
