__TOCDet/Assembly = ARCCore
__TOCDet/Description = Direction for transfer of data.0x000D0x000A0x000D0x000AAs of Apr 2020 only used for -Outgoing- connections. For -Incoming- connections the server relies more passively on the presence of -ClientUpdatePosition- / -SubscriptionAsRequestedByClient- to determine a connection as -Send-.0x000D0x000A(in general the server will accept anything SENT to it, and store it). 0x000D0x000AAlways seen from the perspective of the application itself. That is, for the same connection seen from the client-side and the server-side, the value will differ. For instance if the client has made an outgoing connection in order to Receive data, the server will see the same connection as Send
